MASTER’S AND Ph.D. PROGRAMS

One Health is a rapidly growing and unifying discipline that utilizes a multidisciplinary approach, acknowledging the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health. Understanding these connections is crucial for identifying the root causes of complex infectious and other diseases, and for their effective control and prevention globally. It is essential to produce highly qualified professionals with multidisciplinary expertise and One Health conceptual visions to address challenges in human, animal, and environmental health.

As the newly established institute, the OHI is working on developing the One Health Masters and Doctoral (OHMD) Program. This program aims to provide interdisciplinary education and research training for the next generation of One Health practitioners and researchers. The OHMD program will equip students with interdisciplinary and interprofessional competencies, as well as One Health research and management skills. Its educational efforts will focus on integrating human, animal, and environmental health at both local and global levels, while promoting extendable One Health visions through real-time research practice.
